- I save you time by ensuring that potential buyers are already qualified for a mortgage and/or really can afford your home.
- I work extremely hard to get the word out about your home for sale. In addition to taking high quality photos, generating brochures, and spreading the word through my own personal network, I use the full capacity of the Internet and this web site to promote your property all across the internet, I’ll immediately place your house on the Garden State MLS as well as the New Jersey MLS. Your listing will also appear on this website as well as Yahoo Real Estate, Microsoft MSN Trulia, Zillow, HarmonHomes.com, Craigslist and numerous other top national sites. ! I will also notify my own pool of potential buyers and share your listing with other real estate agent who are bringing buyers to see houses in your town.  

-I’ll advise you how to present your property to maximize its selling price. Some improvements are worth it, and some are not.  

-I will rigorously negotiate your contract in your best interest, and I’ll help you interpret and understand every word before you sign on the dotted line. If you are also buying a new house, I’ll help coordinate whatever is necessary to make the two transitions work together in the smoothest possible way.  

You pay no up front costs for my service. My fee is paid at the end of your sale, presently between 5% and 6% of the total sale price of your house.
